Emmie Williams (Em) is the late maternal grandmother of our founder and CEO Ashley Yarbough. She was the life of the party! Em was always willing to serve as the hostest with the mostest. She was known for her vivacious personality, bold fashions, and loving spirit.
Naomi Elizabeth is the paternal grandmother of Ashley. Naomi is known by family and friends as Bunny. A fitting nickname for a woman full of joy and virtue. In her prime, you could catch Naomi adorned in a classic perfectly fitted A-line dress or skirt and a bad pair of pumps. Think, Jackie-Oish.
Both ladies were huge fashionistas with a “shop till you drop” attitude. They kept Ashley by their side in the flyest duds. Watching her grandmothers dress up influenced Ashley to fall in love with fashion and accessories. Ashley felt there was not a more perfect way to pay homage to their legacy than to name her business Emmie Elizabeth.
