How will orders be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via USPS. Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday will not process until Monday. **Allow for shipping delays due to COVID-19.
Local delivery orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email or text will be sent to confirm delivery time.
Pre-order items will result in shipping delays as the item will be available at a later date. Estimated shipping dates will be provided in the description of the pre-ordered item.
Available shipping methods: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and Local Delivery.
What is your return policy?
Emmie Elizabeth does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
If a product is damaged please contact customer service at info@emmieelizabeth.com within 7 business days of receipt with name, order number, description of damage, and photos. If an item is determined to be damaged an exchange or store credit will be issued.
All items are returned to Emmie Elizabeth at the expense of the customer.
